Legal Development

The materials were given by Elizabeth Emanuel in August 1981as an expression of gratitude and thus are not materials that have been locked away for many years .The origin and provenance of this collage is further enhanced by the existence of a Statuary Declaration that has recently been brought to my attention.
This is further proof that the description “a snippet from the dress” is completely true as always claimed.
